I am a personal trainer who specializes in transformation. Not just body transformation in terms of physique but also wellness (improved health, posture, injuries etc) . In my past 11 years in the industry, I have helped hundreds of clients achieved their fitness and wellness goals. Working and managing in an esteemed gym, I not only had the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life, with various different goals, injuries, and health conditions, but also taking charge of their results, training, nutrition and lifestyle, playing a major role in their transformation.

Personal Training Sessions will be conducted in Platinum Fitness, OUE Down Town (Shenton Way). Rates includes gym usage for PT sessions.
There will be an additional charge of $30-$40 per session for house call depending on the location.
